Rasulallah (SA) a prédit le martyre de Syedna Qutbuddin al-Shaheed. Son père (Syedna Dawood bin Qutubshah (RA)) a aussi annoncé son shahaadat lorsque Molana Qutbuddin était encore enfant.
Molana gravi le Takht de Da’wat, en maintenant fermement ces principes et brandissant très haut ces distinctions. Il y avait plus de vingt-deux Mohallas de Mumineen en ce temps. Les ennemis du Da’wat n’ont pu supporter ces shaanaat.
Ces ennemis, comme Qasim Aandhlo, Abdul Ghavii et Aurangzeb (l.a) ont conspiré au meurtre de Syedna Qutbuddin (RA). Syedna Qutbuddin a été exécuté en ayant comme charge contre lui : celui d’être un ‘raafzi’ (quelqu’un qui a dévié du chemin de l’Islam). Syedna Qutbuddin a réfuté cette accusation en affirmant que loin d’être un raafzi il est à l’essence même de la Sunnah de Rasulallah (SA). Molana a choisi le martyre au lieu d’admettre une telle charge.
